Party Pals CT Policies and Conditions
To ensure your child’s party is as magical as possible, here are a few guidelines to help us provide the best experience:
🌟 Indoor Visits: Make sure there’s enough space for our entertainer to move around comfortably with the kids and guests. Good ventilation is key, so please keep a door or window open during the performance.
🌟 Outdoor Visits: We prefer flat, even surfaces like concrete or lawns without holes. To ensure safety, please avoid areas with obstructions, narrow stairs, or hills. Our performers have limited visibility inside the costumes, so a clear, unobstructed area helps prevent accidents and ensures a smoother experience.
🌟 Safety: Ensure there’s a cool, shaded area free from direct sunlight, dirt, mud, and wind. Dry, grassy areas are acceptable, but please note that extreme weather can damage our high-quality costumes.
🌟 Weather Considerations: In case of poor weather conditions like rain or extreme temperatures, we may need to leave to protect the costume and our performers. Have an alternative indoor location ready, and we’re happy to reschedule or offer a party credit if needed.
🌟 Party Environment: Keep pets indoors and guests with food or drinks away from the characters for the safety and quality of the experience. We also ask that there are no water activities near our performers.
🌟 Timely Arrival: We request a 15-minute arrival window around your scheduled start time. This helps us accommodate any unexpected delays and ensures a smooth start to your event.
Payment Terms and Conditions
To ensure you get the best experience for your child’s party, we recommend booking 3-6 weeks in advance. Early booking increases your chances of securing your preferred date and time.
🌟 Late Bookings: For parties scheduled within 24 hours of the event, a late booking fee of $25 may apply.
🌟 Holiday Bookings: Parties on holidays will include a $25 holiday fee.
🌟 Travel Area: We serve locations within a 25-mile radius of our Cheshire, CT base. Please include your party location in your request to calculate any potential travel fees. The travel fee will be added to your final payment.
🌟 Booking Process: To secure your date, complete the payment and sign the contract. Dates are on a first-come, first-served basis, so prompt booking ensures availability.
🌟 Rescheduling & Cancellation: We understand plans can change. Reschedule up to 7 days before your event based on availability, or receive a "party credit" valid for one year. Cancellations without rescheduling will incur a $50 fee.
🌟 🌟 Additional Services: Some characters may require an assistant for equipment and activity support. If you'd like, you can request our assistant to take photos of your party for an additional fee, as outlined in our add-ons.
🌟 Photo Release: By booking, you agree to allow us to use photos from your event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please let us know beforehand.
🌟 Event Conduct: To ensure a fun and safe experience, please monitor guest behavior and keep distractions like bouncy houses and swimming pools away from the character visit. We reserve the right to leave if any inappropriate behavior occurs.
🌟 Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the package price but is greatly appreciated. Let us know if you’d like to include it in your payment.
🌟 Liability & Damage: We are not liable for accidents or injuries during the event. Clients may be responsible for excessive damage to costumes or property.
Disclaimer
Please note that we do not intend to violate copyright laws, and therefore we make every effort to ensure our characters are distinct from nationally recognized, copyrighted characters by using custom-designed mascot costumes and original character names.
