To provide the best experience for your guests and ensure the safety and comfort of our performers, we kindly ask that the following preparations are made:
Weather Policy
To ensure the best experience for your event, we do not perform outdoors during inclement weather, including extreme temperatures, rain, snow, hail, lightning, or heavy winds. In the event of such conditions, we kindly ask that you provide an alternative indoor location for the performance to continue smoothly. If rescheduling is needed and possible based on availability, we’ll gladly arrange a new time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will offer a credit, valid for up to one year, as outlined in our cancellation policy below.
Interaction Guidelines
For a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask for your cooperation in the following areas:
Guest Interaction: We love when guests interact with our characters! However, to ensure the safety of everyone and protect the costume, we kindly ask that any rough behavior—such as pulling or hitting the performer or costume—be addressed immediately. If needed, we may briefly pause the performance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Pets: We love pets, but for the safety of both your furry friends and our performers, we kindly ask that all pets remain indoors during the visit. Our performers have limited visibility and may not see small pets like cats or dogs walking beneath them, which could pose a safety risk.
Food and Drinks: We know kids love their snacks, but to protect our mascots, we ask that food and drinks—especially things like cupcakes or juice—be kept away during the performance. These items can cause damage to the costumes, and they're tricky to clean. Thanks for helping us keep everything in tip-top shape!
Late Arrivals: We understand that things don’t always go as planned, but please note that we cannot extend the performance time for late arrivals. Doing so would impact our other bookings, and we want to ensure everyone’s event runs smoothly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Noise and Distractions: To ensure the birthday child and all guests get the most out of the experience, we kindly ask that loud activities, such as music, bouncy houses, or swimming pools, be minimized during the character visit. This will help keep everyone engaged and allow the birthday child, especially, to fully enjoy the entertainment you've invested in.
