Availability Confirmation: Once we receive your request, our team will check availability and send you a confirmation email with all the event details and a clear pricing breakdown, including rates and any applicable travel fees.
Confirm Your Event: Review the event details and pricing, and confirm your booking by letting us know you're ready to proceed.
Sign and Secure: We’ll send you a digital contract via HoneyBook to review and sign. Along with the contract, you’ll receive a payment link through Square to secure your date. Full payment is required at this stage to finalize your booking.
Final Confirmation: Once we receive your payment, we’ll send a final confirmation email to ensure everything is set. After that, it’s time for us to prepare for your unforgettable event!
