Party Pals CT Safety Policies:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING
Thank you for inviting Party Pals CT to celebrate with you! As with all businesses, we have all been impacted by this pandemic, as such we want to ensure that we are able to bring life to your event safely as well as staying healthy!
Therefore, we have changed our entire business model and have a brand-new exciting way to do business, until future notice.
To ensure everyone remains safe and everyone adheres to social distancing guidelines our new policies and our new way of doing business are as follows:
- ALL Party Pals CT team members will wear masks throughout the entire event.
- We ONLY offer 15 to 30 minute character appearances depending on the service requested. See our services.
- 6" feet social distancing is ENCOURAGED at all times while Party Pals CT Characters are onsite; this includes staff mascots/characters, your family, and guests. Please NO HUGS.
- We no longer go inside any type of building/facility, this includes but not limited to, homes, churches, gyms, clubhouses, daycares, schools, etc., until further notice.
- Party Pals CT mascots/characters will not make appearances outside during inclement weather (e.g. extreme cold/hot, rain, snow, lightning, hail etc.….) ALL appearances are weather permitting, meaning if the weather is sunny and dry outside Party Pals CT Characters will make your appearance. We'll be happy to reschedule our visit in case of inclement weather (Based on availability) if we are unable to accommodate a new date for you, we'll gladly issue you a "party credit" to be used up to ONE year.
- We will ONLY make appearances on concrete (sidewalks, driveways) or flat even lawn.
